Jim ... I believe Ron Paul could never win the Presidency using either of the two mainstream political parties in the US as his vehicle. He would NEVER get the nomination, just too many vested interests involved. That much must have been obvious to him from the start.
ReplyDeleteHe must surely have weighed this up in advance ... so why did he not stand as an independent?
What is needed, in my view, is to break the mould. It needs a new way of thinking entirely, a Blue Ocean Strategy.
We have a vaguely similar scenario emerging in South Africa ... and we're coming up with a strategy that JUST MIGHT WORK.
