Jim Rogers : well, china is maybe starting to loosen up again. they tried to cool things off for two-and-a-half years, somewhat successfully. they have gotten inflation down. they have broken estate bubble. I am not buying any china yet. but it looks like it might be about time to buy again, to my surprise. I was hoping for another collapse in the stock market before I buy. it may not happen. I may have to start buying sooner.- in CNBC
