Jim Rogers started trading the stock market with $600 in 1968.In 1973 he formed the Quantum Fund with the legendary investor George Soros before retiring, a multi millionaire at the age of 37. Rogers and Soros helped steer the fund to a miraculous 4,200% return over the 10 year span of the fund while the S&P 500 returned just 47%.

Jim Rogers bullish on The Electric Cars
Jim Rogers : The electric cars have a future because the price of energy is going to go so high , they may not be terribly efficient and I do not know , some study show yes some study show no , but the politicians love them , there is certainly a large part of the public which loves the electric car , so yes they have a viable future but be sure to go with the right company there are going to be a lot of charlatans a lot of companies that are not going to do very well..., - in China Money Podcast 25 Nov 2011

I fear this could be the next alternative energy bubble. Solar energy is a bubble that has just popped and demonstrates that when you get politicians introducing heavy subsidies in industries that sound great but which they really don't understand, bubbles emerge.
