UK AAA credit rating and The sovereign debt crisis in Europe

Jim Rogers UK AAA credit rating and The sovereign debt crisis in Europe
Do you think that the sovereign debt crisis in Europe has proved you right because you have been saying that none of this should be done and banks should simply have been allowed to fail?

"I sometimes get it right and even I get it right sometimes. Banks should have been allowed to fail and its country should be allowed to fail. If I were a German citizen, I would be outraged that I might have to start paying for Greek politicians who went and spend huge amounts of money. There are more countries set to payout not just in Europe but around the world. "

Do you think that the UK is going to lose its AAA credit rating this year?

"Of course. How can they maintain the credit rating other than fixing the books, or something. The UK has staggering amounts of debt that it has taken on in the past few years. "
