Wrong. the biggest problem facing China is some part of China and China in raining seasons are over flooded soaked while other part are constantly in shortage of water. They are planning massive ambitious moving south water to the north canals infrastructure development. As Mao used to said Chinese people can move mountains and now they are moving water as well.
ReplyDeleteTrue. Flooding has become an increasingly worrysome problem in many parts of the world and very few know how to deal with it. If China actually can find a somewhat cost-effective solution to this problem, maybe other countries could follow suit. The question is whether we can find an investment opportunity in this development...
