Thank goodness someone has at least pointed one finger in the direction of a major culprit (second, perhaps, only to cable television) in paving the way for the decline of the American economy. After 33 years of full-time teaching, I'm recently chose to become emeritus professor at an American law school. In part, I just didn't believe I could do the job well anymore. But, primarily, I simply could not continue to participate in the fraud that is our system of "higher" education. For many years, law schools held out and maintained higher standards than other departments in the universities. But several years ago, university administrators successfully gained control of the decanal selection process (at those schools where it was necessary) and the faculty soon followed. I can only see the quality of education in our universities getting to be worse and it is really a joke already.
We aren't going to improve things by providing money. In fact, we should try starving the beast (but we won't as long as college athletics are available).
Types of Gold Coins Available in the US Despite a 24% jump in the value of gold, in the third week of November 2010, three companies – Soros Fund Management LLC, Paulson & Co. and Touradji Capital Management LP – have bought the largest volumes of gold. Together, these three companies own 2,088 tons of gold; the figure representative of the volume produced by the US in a decade. According to Michael Pento, Euro Pacific Capital’s chief economist, it is not the right time to sell the precious metal, as experts believe that this uptrend will only accelerate during QE2.
Investors have various options when it comes to investing in gold, which includes gold bullion coins, stocks and futures. The US and several other countries issue different types of gold coins, which are capable of getting good returns for investors. us mint gold coins
