Feb. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Nicholas Lardy, economist at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, and Barry Bosworth, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institute, talk with Bloomberg's Julie Hyman about how Chinas central bank took the second step in a month to restrain inflation and damp asset prices, ordering lenders on the eve of a weeklong holiday to set aside larger reserves.
