Jim Rogers Surprising New Investment

In this the inaugural episode of Stansberry Radio, Porter Stansberry and Aaron Brabham welcome legendary investor Jim Rogers to the program. Mr. Rogers talks about his early days in the investment business, his experience working with George Soros and the Quantum Fund and how he has adapted to life in Singapore. Mr. Rogers also discusses his views on gold, commodities and the situation in Europe.

This week, we sit down with the legendary investor Jim Rogers.
Porter and Jim talk gold. “I’m not a buyer of gold at the moment,” says Jim, but he tells Porter what price he’d start buying and where it would have to fall to before he’d buy “a lot more.”

Porter also asks Jim if there’s a country or two he’s more fond of than others... I think his answer will surprise you.

They talk about our leaders' race to insanity, natural gas, and he’ll tell us a great personal story about his trip to Woodstock.

Also, Porter worries if he’s “gone mainstream.” He mentions there’s an “unmentionable secret” on the Black Label shows and Porter's “feeling” about this market. Porter also gives Obama props for his recent speech at Morehead State University.

We also go through our listener mailbag to answer some of your most interesting questions. Porter also challenges the listeners to leave voicemails on our hotline 855-SA-RADIO (855-727-2346)... It’s his favorite part of the show.
